Growing Small Disadvantaged Businesses Through Federal Procurements

We support the formation and growth of Small Business Administration (SBA) certified Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB). SDBs include 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Businesses, and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZONE) businesses. Here are a few of the services we provide:

Shape:

  • SDB Growth will work with you to Shape federal opportunities before they are an active Request For Proposal (RFP) released that many companies can bid on. We want to work with you LEFT OF THE RELEASE to shape the opportunity and give you a chance to win in a sole-source or limited competition
  • We have many techniques to help you win before you have to compete in an overpopulated contracting world which helps steer the award directly to you and significantly increases your probability of win with limited competition. This also allows you to maintain higher margins because you won’t be competing with dozens or hundreds of other vendors

Capture:

  • SDB Growth can help you Capture new work. We have a very experienced team of BD professional and networks to support your Opportunity Identification, Pipeline Development, Match Making with the right teaming partners, and even support proposal development from Win-Themes to Go-No-Go decisions

Optimize

  • SDB Growth can develop Marketing Material to help you communicate quickly and effectively with Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives, Contracting Specialists and other related customers.
  • A few critical marketing items we can develop for you is two page Capabilities Statements which provide a quick leave-behind that summaries your companies capabilities, benefits, NAICS codes, past performance, and company details. We can develop your Past Performance Library so you can easily pull all of the relevant information you need for quick access. We also can help you with your Capabilities Presentations that provides a Power-Point Presentation you would use with potential new customers. We will also create email campaigns to get the word out on your capabilities and help you prepare to respond to customer interest.
  • We also have investors interested in supporting the development of new 8(a) companies.
