Most business opportunities from the Federal Government are visible and searchable on https://sam.gov .There are many exceptions to this for opportunities that will be acquired as a task order under an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Here is a recent example of a search from sam.gov for federal opportunities that are “active”, have a response date within the next 30 days, have a Notice Type of “Sources Sought” or “Presolicitation”, and that have a Set Aside category designated for 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZONE, or Small Business set asides.
When searching for opportunities, we recommend you look for “Response Dates” that you can meet, look at the “Set Aside” category, and then look for “NAICS” and “PSC” codes that meet your company’s capabilities.
